I think Hillary Clinton’s best and final offer to Congressional Republicans will be “nothing”.

IMO she can, and will, effectively use the bully pulpit of the presidency to hammer Congressional Republicans for their obstruction and malfeasance, especially if the GOP retains its House majority.
