I was in the Navy and really liked Jimmy Carter. Amongst other reasons, he didn’t take the country to war, and pushed through the largest pay rise post-draft (to try to bring enlisted pay closer to par with civilian pay).

You were an enlisted man, Bannon was an officer. My dad is a big Carter fan. He always tells me Carter was the first person for president he voted for. Assume the same is true for my mom.
