How does this not conflict with the 1st Amendment? His Twitter account is basically evidence of the administration/government breaking the 1st Amendment by putting pressure on media and other corporations who in turn take actions against people this administration does not like. If still have an impartial judicial branch I would like to see how this would shake out.

This administration believes the Constitution DOESN’T APPLY to them and therefore cannot and will not abide by it. It’s that simple.
