Ysah that’s a legit point. KG tho being of a Cuban background may have better observations on whether or not it was an authentic portrayal of Cuban body language and that sort of thing tho. I just don’t find Tony as fascinating as I do Michael Corleone. Michael going from idealistic war hero to dying alone in Sicily is perhaps my favorite character arc in film. Literally 18 years in the making! And man Pacino portrays it so so well.

I think my main problem with it (and to be fair, even going back to high school when I first saw the movie and didn’t really think/care about this sort of thing, I wasn’t a fan) is that it’s theoretically a Hispanic/Latino movie, and there’s like maybe three actual Latinos in the entire movie.

I do agree about Michael Corleone, for what it’s worth.
