The fact that BO even tried to delay the trial will cost him dearly in credibility with the military- credibility that he can ill afford to lose.

He is not getting off to a good start as CIC, to say the least.

it was a very appropriate move by the judge.
he brushed aside a ridiculous directive and relied on his own sound judgment.
this is what we need now. sensible, no nonsense people pushing back.
