Got home from work, having read about the possible DT/Twitter shenanigans tonight, and checked my Twitter; the only account that I had been following was @POTUS and I forgot to unfollow it before today. However, it didn’t matter, because my follow had automatically changed over to the @ObamaWhiteHouse account archived by NARA, not Trump’s @POTUS.

Just fine by me.

It might be incompetence rather than shenanigans. They successfully moved everyone’s follows to the new accounts, then either someone screwed up, or an order came down to set us to follow the old accounts again.

It is possible that Trump got pissed when the @potus followers went away and demanded them back. I hope we hear about it if that was the case.
