The best way to reduce abortions (if that is your goal) is to provide comprehensive sex-education and available inexpensive or easy-to-get contraceptives.

As for menfolk STFU on abortion, nope. I will continue to advocate for safe and legal abortion for any woman who wants or needs one, and for available contraceptives.

Part of that support for women may be to shut up about the actual politics and policy details and support them vocally as to their rights to construct the legislation for the issue.
