I had this same suspicion about Bre Payton’s death.

H1N1 is an especially virulent strain of the flu. There have been several deaths here in China from it. And like the Spanish Flu of 1918, it hits people in Payton’s age cohort the hardest.

There’s no guarantee getting the vaccine would have prevented her death, but IMO it would have improved her chances. I wonder if she tried some “holistic” remedies instead of seeing an MD.

Isn’t that the flu strain that freaked everyone out years back and everyone was afraid to get vaccinated because…reasons? If so, if I got vaccinated back then, would that still work now?
