Last night @JMilesColeman noted that GOP had ~2000 raw vote margin over Dems when adding up all of the votes cast in this year’s KY, LA, & MS gubernatorial elections.

So, is he arguing that the GOP should be able to use votes cast in MS that they don’t need to add to their vote totals in the races they lost?
