Fine… and I can see how that is brain-damaged thinking, heaven or no heaven, religion or no religion, beliefs or no beliefs. This ain’t Romeo and Juliet folks, this is real life, and that’s sick thinking.

I don’t want that pastor in a position to ever have to make any life or death decisions for someone else. There is no fucking way to spin this as “romantic” or otherwise. That is putrid, period.

And here I thought I was the overly cynical one. You’ve never been in a relationship where you’d rather die than to have to live without the other person? For the sake of honesty I haven’t but we read about situations like it all the time so I assume it happens.
