It’s not all that dissimilar as far as I can tell. Suppose someone is directing operations in a secure bunker in Pakistan or Oklahoma where peaceful arrest isn’t a reasonable option. They’ll kill you, that hasn’t changed and I fail to see any reason why it should change.
