And even if you believe for a second that Putin or someone in his gov’t coordinated the creation of the dossier in order to collude with the Clinton campaign, why go through such a convoluted plan? Why not simply hand it to them through a more direct channel, i.e. the exact way the Russians are accused of having provided hacked emails to the Trump campaign?
