Donny not having a fucking clue what he’s saying is generally a safe bet. Trudeau and EPN both expect this breakthrough to lead to either a new trilateral agreement or a revision of NAFTA, while Trump thinks he’s got Mexico in his pocket and can use it to bring Canada to their knees.

In other words, he’s wasting our time…again.
