It’s definitely not the first time. Garth Brooks may sing country music and have a general masculine “Republican fuck yeah” attitude, but he’s probably one of the least assholish wingnutty Republicans I could name.

I mean there are Republicans and conservatives in entertainment and sports I respect. It’s just the vocal ones are assholes. Garth’s music has never been my cup of tea but he’s always seemed like a gentleman.
