I splurged and spent about $1500 on new stereo gear over the post-TG sales. It’s still in the boxes waiting to be set up. I may have to return it now.
Today the furnace went out. It’s snowing in MN but not too cold. I’ve got four space heaters running at 900w apiece, all in different breaker zones. The bedroom is about 64 right now, which is more than enough. I’m keepimg an eye on rooms with plumbing and hoping that the new furnace can be installed on Monday and won’t wipe out too much of my savings. The old furnace is around 30 years old. Crap.

Yikes. Stay warm. Your house is warmer at the moment than mine was in February when my floor model furnace went out. Two 1,500W space heaters couldn’t keep up in this little house on the prairie that seems to have the insulation of crepe paper.
