Got to love it. It’s like the Trump version of wave particle duality. She’s simultaneously unable to attend a deposition because she’s a “high ranking government official”, while totally trying to keep from being involved in politics. I’d say it was hack-huckster duality, but I’m not sure that has quite the connotation I’m looking for.
