Unfortunately they are seen as a gang due to areas like I am in, and probably has to do with their rose to prominence when they officially became known in the area.

At the time this happened,The juggaloes here are about 10 percent decent people who love the music and are accepting amazing folks who like what I consider a terrible band. Worked with many while in the fast food business and they are hilarious people and awesome smart.

The other 90 percent actually do multiple misdemeanors at all times, mostly b&e and the sort, and openly use hard drugs.

In a small town like here, there are multiple police forces (village police, county sheriffs, state cops, border patrol, homeland security, along with many others being COs and working for the county enforcement like prisons) so the complaints against the 90 percent went up the ladder. I suspect this happened in many small towns, much like the satanic cults that people used to believe were real in the 80s and 90s
