I got the ingredients to make Sleuth’s yummy tortellini salad. Think I’ll make it Sunday. It should last well in a cooler if we lose electricity. And I’m cooking corned beef in the slow cooker tonight for sandwiches.
I’ve got a pound of ground italian sausage to make some pasta sauce tonight.
And, I’m slowly filling my freezer with ice, so I’ll be able to keep what limited perishables I have left by Monday.
