It’s a reference to tabletop role playing games a la Dungeons and Dragons, where certain weapon types or weapons with certain attributes get bonuses or negatives toward certain types of enemies. “+2 to Undead” would mean that certain weapon gets bonus damage to undead enemies you would encounter.

Thank you! I have never played any of these games and so am totally unfamiliar with the language or context surrounding them. (Bridge and freecell are more my type)
