Just remembering how we kids were, in a lot of ways, basically on our own after August 1974. Mom wasn’t making us lunches (we hit dad up for dollars) and we kids did most of the cooking, laundry, cleaning, yard watering, lawn mowing, etc. No, my mom wasn’t lazy, she was completely zoned out on the couch due to the high powered first gen anti-psychotics she been given after she spent nearly 2 months in a hospital.

But these people and “mothers are supposed to do this” crap…blargh. That’s why their sons are so damn helpless.
