I worked at early Adobe, putting Postscript into printers, so I’ve scrutinized hundreds of fonts and letter spacing algorithms. But you don’t need to know anything about this to see what makes this a fraud. The fact is: it’s impossibly unlikely that Microsoft Word’s line-breaking would match a typists.

The small jitter that’s from the fake being optically re-photocopied a dozen times or so is irrelevant. The gross characteristics of where each line breaks should be enough to prove with certainty that this document was produced with Microsoft Word.
