Wet rub/paste. All ingredients. Sprinkled 1 cut in half lime in cumin & put in cavity. Put some paste in cavity, but used most on exterior.
Salt & peppered the whole thing.
I squeezed lime on it at the temperature change.
You should try spatchcocking it next time. Cuts cooking time in half and lets you go high/low on the temps. A much moister result.
