2002 sounds about right if the youngest victim was five but turns 18 this year. Hmmm. Think he steppe down because fear that it would leak and sink his career after all the talk about executing incestous people and rapists?

I had the same thought about his departure, but there’s no way to know for sure, I guess. I didn’t bother looking up the next election to see if he ran or not.
