Ditto. I’m the same way too, but I do wish for the British to get out of Northern Ireland personally. Though, some people have criticized me because I support the British claim on Falklands but not with northern Ireland. But it’s quite simple: the British were there in the Falklands before anyone else.
Regarding Northern Ireland, Bobby Sands will always have a special place in my heart.
Man the Falklands is such a complicated thing in its own. In the early 80’s, you would have had to choose between Pinochet/Thatcher(Pinochet sided with the Brits) versus the Argentine military dictatorship. NI is as I said much more than Catholic and Protestant. I feel a connection to NI, a lot of my Irish family are from there.
