It’s very easy to believe that the Texas Republican was just the Designated Asshole set to kneecap this “bipartisan” bill. Our town was not badly crippled by the Fall storms, but everything east and south of us was turned to mulch. Our useless congresswoman has been promising pie in the sky for 8 months.

Do they care? Seems as though reactionaries don’t mind when their folks give them the shaft.
