If it’s any help, I asked my daughter the doctor, not about a specific video, but about the sanitizing everything that enters your house as opposed to maybe wiping down the bottle of wine you’re going to work on tonight and tomorrow and just putting the others away because you won’t be handling them for a few days, and washing your hands. She came down on the side of just doing the latter. She is not a public health expert, of course, but made it through med school and all.

One of the better pieces of advice I’ve finally taken is ‘don’t touch stuff in the grocery store that you’re not going to put in your cart. I’m a label reader, but I’ve realized over the last couple weeks how much I’m touching food boxes of stuff I decide not to buy. Now, if I’m on the fence about something, I won’t touch it until I know for sure I’m going to buy it.
