I had my first one three years ago on the sideline of a Houston Texans game that I was shooting. It looked like I was walking through a flashing tunnel that got bigger and bigger and then it just went away. No pain or anything, but it freaked me the fuck out.

Had it happen to me a couple times over 10 years ago while I was sitting at my desk in the office. Very strange — and I panicked the first time until it vanished.
