It was the ISP. First time I called Manipur to find out what was up. Second time I got pissed off and took a nap.

I just ask because it is unusual to have a long outage like that. I had a lot of short interruptions with DSL until I had the speed dialed back to what the line could support, but no longer outages.

They often try to sell you more speed than your line attenuation and signal to noise ratio can handle.

But if they are out for hours then they suck.
