In light of the Malheur verdict, I have to ramp up my estimate of post-election violence from the RWNJs. It will still be nothing like a revolution or a large scale insurrection but we are going to see more of it than we otherwise would have. In particular, the chances for some kind of organized violence (with, say, more than 4 people involved) are exponentially higher than they were.

Jury nullification is a helluva drug.
