Trump’s lawyers tell a fed’ judge if he doesn’t rule on their motion (to keep Manhattan DA from getting Trump’s taxes) by Monday, they’ll treat it as denied & appeal. Beyond ludicrous & arrogant. If I was the judge I’d hold my ruling just to watch it play out in the 2nd Circuit.

We know DT doesn’t get the best lawyers available — do you suppose they think this is a valid action?
