Why it’s so hard to keep it in your pants? I’ve been with my wife 18 years and I wouldn’t even think of betraying her. I would also hope if she ever wanted to leave would have the decency to tell me she wants to leave before cheating. I mean if it ain’t working out it ain’t working out. Move on.

Beyond any moral aspects of cheating, there is the simple matter of respect and common courtesy. How can you live with a person and treat them like that?

I recall a friend who had had an affair with a married man and was devastated to find out later that he had yet another girlfreind on the side. She felt as if he had been, well, cheating on her.

I explained that she was dealing with a person who lies at least a half dozen times before breakfast, a slick sociopath who lives and breathes lies, what can you expect?
