ICE is actually pretty new too. It’s not that insane or radical to suggest getting rid of it.

ICE, BCP, and DHS are all outgrowths of the reorganization after 9/11. ICE by itself is not a bad concept. Execution has been awful. So much of DHS has done amounts to security theater than actual security.
