For a minor league club sure but what bothers me is that there’s definitely someone ten years younger than him who has the potential to get better that is being held back by the Mets using Tebow as a gimmick. If Tebow weren’t a former Heisman Trophy winner with a huge national reputation, fans would hate this. It’s nothing against Tebow personally but I really think the Mets are doing a disservice here.

And if Tebow had accepted the fact that he couldn’t be a pro quarterback, he could have had a successful NFL career.
