Good God, the stupid is strong with this one. I know she didn’t go to law school, but this is just dumb, or her lawyers didn’t properly inform her of (a) the chances and (b) the pitfalls. The chances are slim to none that she could prove to a jury that Clinton defamed her, given that Clinton has never named her Clinton named her, but it could be construed as an opinion. On top of that, Tulsi is a public figure and she has to show not only that the statement is defamatory, but that it was made with actual malice (an extremely difficult standard to meet). The pitfalls are that discovery is a bitch. You don’t think that Clinton’s crackerjack attorneys aren’t going to ask for copies of every single piece of digital and paper detritus, down to her drycleaning bills, to show that she’s consorting with the Russians? You know they will.

The tl;dr is that Tulsi Gabbard has shown herself to be as thin-skinned as the tangerine toddler and should not be president. You gotta let this stuff roll off, like water off the back of a duck.
