side note: My apartment complex leasing office closed indefinitely this morning
Last week the closed the gym and office center, that they had opened like a week prior.
Only emergency maintenance is available
I think the news of the outbreak in a local nursing home (apparently, we have our first death here in JAX too) scared the crap out of them

I’m on the waiting list for a senior co-op complex. They started sending their monthly newsletters to everyone on the list. I have a feeling I might not get the next one but I really want to see what they’re doing to help keep people from spreading the virus. The co-op has 100 units and all kinds of shared facilities. Even the laundry rooms are shared.
