I guess I’m too much of a heathen…I never could get into a lot of the “classic” movies…..

Better half and I are very much looking forward to watching “The Quiet Man” when we finally get it on DVR (this week sometime)…. that’s about as close as I get to the “classics”

I’m kind of a heathen too, actually. I’m woefully ignorant about classic movies. I’ve never seen the Quiet Man.

My ex had been a film student and he made me watch Citizen Kane, which I thought was great, but he would rave about its camera angles and shots and I just never notice those things. I just like the things I like, as Slumbering Behemoth said upthread about music—I’m pretty unsophisticated.
