I am fairly sure those are universal medals, meaning any branch of service can be awarded them.

There are many decorations that cross branches, but many are service specific. It can all get very complex. Which is why someone who has a little knowledge may fool some people, they won’t get it past someone who has spent a great deal of their life around it.
