I was at a party up in the Seattle area around that time, where a bunch of DMB fans were, and all night long it was DMB and Lionel Lovett, and a bunch of guys in their freakin’ Birkenstocks and man purses, raving about DMB like they’d found the Holy Grail. I couldn’t drink enough designer microbrews to ignore how godawful it was. I was at the point of chewing my arm off to get away.

Did it taste good?
