Finishing up a army and now that I have it all together, it just seems to be missing something visually. Technically, its got a good consistent theme, but it just seems to be missing something to set it off to the eye.

Yes, there is always some point when the figures start to “sing”, sometimes it is a small detail, like brass buttons on a greatcoat or white piping on black trim.

We are celebrating the weekend with another Napoleonic gaming blowout, probably Borodino, as we did not get a chance to do it in September. (At this point in 1812, the French were stuck in a blizzard trying to get across the Berezina back into Poland).
