re: #207 Puss Power

Seeing the same problem intermittently in Firefox — closing and restarting it fixed
it.

Did that on: logged out, closed Chrome, re-started Chrome, logged in.
Still can’t access ratings boxes from main screen (though I can from “scrolled” comments. Weird.)
