But I doubt it. Bush may have been hilariously inappropriate on that occasion, but his intent was good. I imagine he does backrubs for family and close staff, and it just NEVER OCCURRED TO HIM not to try to rub the Kanzlerin. She looked tense.

I don’t think Mitt does stuff like that for people.
