In a sane world, Mueller informs Congress that the president is hindering an investigation and they impeach and remove him from office. In this world? Where cowards like Paul Ryan hold power? Probably a few op-eds decrying the debasing of the presidency, a few members of the Democratic caucuses on the Sunday shows pointing out that this is a shame and that Bill Clinton was impeached for far less, and then Trump plays golf with Putin.
