re: #15 Unshaken Defiance

I’m seriously wishing the democrats had held out for CHIP and DACA. Don’t give up. For me the reason is this-the dems are arguing to keep good people, fed and with medical care. The GOP simply argues against letting immigrants in, keeping those we have, taking care of the dreamer kids, or those of the poor.

For or against taking care of deserving humans. Choose wisely.

By delaying over the weekend, and reaching a “deal” today, Democrats separated CHIP and DACA, and kept DACA in the story. Had they caved on Friday, we’d be done with DACA.

And, as I am trying to say indirectly: There’s more than two choices.
