You can advertise a lot of stuff on a billboard. Believe me, I’ve seen it all advertised on I-80/94 in NW Indiana from cars to gasoline to food to strip clubs. However, IIRC, such advertisment cannot be false or make false claims. The ‘Nirthers are making a false claim, thus CBS Outdoor has more than a leg to stand on.
