Some of us aren’t really good on the telephone. I prefer chatting on the computer because it’s more relaxing for me.

More of us than used to be. More of us can’t talk to a person face to face now, too.
Phones made me uncomfortable when I was young, but I had to get past it. Now people don’t, they just avoid talking on the phone.

These days my preferred mode of communication is video calls.
