Oh, I imagine the next stop is the courts, where Whitefish sues for work done as well as penalties for canceling the contract. Should really make things interesting because they claim the contract with between them and PREPA, but FEMA had to be involved in some manner because they’re the ones cutting the check.

ahhh…but FEMA claims it had nothing to do with that no-bid contract…
