He really believed that life began at conception. So i presented him with the documented fact that 50 percent of fertilized ova fail to implant, then asked him what happens to them? That’s when he said they were either predestined from before the foundation of the world to either go to heaven or hell. It didn’t occur to him to question a system where 50 percent of all fertilized ova, which he believed to be as alive as you and me, were destined to die.
