Cognitive dissonance between paragraphs

I get a chuckle out of comments like “Q wouldn’t do that/this to us!” They haven’t the first fucking clue who “Q” is, the fact that they’re currently despairing rather than celebrating shows “Q” is unreliable, and yet they have faith that “Q” wouldn’t lie to them.

We’re headed to a Jonestown moment in the next 2-4 years.
