I hadn’t heard of that proposal even making it to Congress. Last I heard it was only on the state level and pushed by the company that makes the “coded” ammo. BTW, the company has multiple members that are known gun grabbers.

Then let’s not be talking about ammo tax, bills in congress etc, when it hasn’t happened.
