I was half expecting a request for a donation for his 2020 re-election campaign at the bottom of the letter.

That Jones (or whoever in his organization composed/edited that letter) would actually go against current practice, and refrain from hitting the recipients up for a donation is one of the best things I’ve ever heard about him. Until the next round of robo-pitches, that is……
